Previously, Mr. Chadha served as Chairman of Exela Technologies, Inc. He also served as Chairman of SourceHOV Holdings, Inc. from 2011 to July 2017 when it was acquired by Exela, and was Chairman of Lason Inc. from 2007 to 2011 until its merger with SourceCorp, a predecessor company of SourceHOV.
Matt Brown is the Chief Financial Officer and President of ETI-MNA at Exela Technologies, Inc., focusing on driving financial performance and shareholder value. Since 2022, Mr. Brown has served as President of ETI-MNA, the company’s investment portfolio management entity, tasked with increasing shareholder value by strategically purchasing, developing, and selling operating businesses. In this position, Mr. Brown is responsible for identifying strategic targets and managing current investments, the sale of assets, and fundraising on behalf of Exela. Mr. Brown joined Exela in 2017 as Global Head of Business Strategy, managing the company's digital transformation and leading key divestitures, acquisitions, and integrations. He spearheaded strategic initiatives and product innovations that enhanced customer experience and market leadership. Before Exela, Mr. Brown was a Senior Vice President at HandsOn Global Management (HGM), overseeing strategy and the full M&A lifecycle, including integrations and recapitalizations worth over $4 billion. He holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of California, San Diego, where he graduated summa cum laude.
Suresh Yannamani is the Chief Executive Officer of Exela Technologies BPA LLC., a subsidiary of Exela Technologies. Prior to Exela, he served as President, Americas of SourceHOV, having been part of companies that preceded SourceHOV since 1997. Mr. Yannamani oversees Exela's global sales and operations, and plays a large part in scaling the transaction processing solutions (TPS) practice and enterprise solution strategy for healthcare, financial services, and commercial industries.
Sriram (Sri) Ramanathan is the Chief Technology Officer of Exela Technologies. He is responsible for all aspects of product direction, solution strategy, thought leadership, and the build out of our technology products and SaaS-based solutions across our global portfolio. Mr. Ramanathan served as Engineering CTO AI Product Development at Genpact from 2018 to 2022, where he led the AI and engineering efforts for AI products.
Srini Murali is the President of Americas at Exela Technologies and is responsible for all sales, operations and business strategy functions across the Americas. Prior to Exela, Mr. Murali served as Senior Vice President, Operations for the Americas and APAC regions for SourceHOV, creating global operating strategies, developing client relationships, and overseeing compliance. Mr. Murali has been a part of predecessor companies to SourceHOV since 1993. During his tenure, Mr. Murali has held analysis, product development, IT, and operational roles. In 2010, Mr. Murali took on a broader scope of responsibility as SourceHOV's Senior Vice President of Global Operations and IT. Mr. Murali has served in executive-level leadership roles at companies that preceded SourceHOV since 2007, when he was appointed Vice President of IT and Technology. Prior to these management roles, Mr. Murali served as Director of Information Technology for Lason from 2002 to 2007, and as an Application Development Manager for Lason from 1998 to 2002. Before joining Lason, Mr. Murali worked as a Systems Engineer for Vetri Systems from 1996 to 1998. Mr. Murali graduated with a bachelor's degree in mathematics and statistics from Loyola College, Chennai, and earned an MBA from Davenport University, Michigan.
Sandeep Sapru serves as President, APAC at Exela Technologies and is responsible for all sales, operations, business strategy, customer engagement, and shared services for legal, finance, and accounting solutions across APAC. Prior to this role, Mr. Sapru served as Exela’s Senior Vice President of APAC, responsible for operations, shared services, and business strategy functions across India and the Philippines. He was also the head of Human Resources for APAC, overseeing talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and organizational strategy. He brings more than 17 years of experience across numerous HR functions. Before joining Exela, Mr. Sapru worked with Serco Global as Assistant General Manager of Human Resources. He was responsible for implementing process transformations to fine-tune individual performance and build in-house offshore staffing initiatives. Mr. Sapru also worked with HOV Services, serving as Manager of Human Resources. In the past, Mr. Sapru has held multiple HR positions in Bridge2Tech and Netpulse communications. Mr. Sapru earned a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management and Services from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and an engineering degree from Pune University. He also holds a Master’s degree in Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations.
Mark Fairchild is the President of Public Sector and Smart OfficeSM, focusing on U.S. government services and developing and delivering our Smart Office technology to our customers globally. Prior to Exela, he served as President, Europe for SourceHOV, a role he held starting with the merger of BancTec and SourceHOV in 2014. Prior to this merger, Mr. Fairchild served in management roles at BancTec since 1985. With over 30 years of executive experience in the financial services industry, Mr. Fairchild specializes in global account management, transaction processing services, software solutions, and hardware technology products. In 2005, Mr. Fairchild was appointed Chief Technology Officer of BancTec and was responsible for the company's software and hardware products, manufacturing, and internal IT services until 2014. Prior to this role, Mr. Fairchild acted as Vice President for International Operations from 2001 to 2005 and VP of European Operations from 1998 to 2001. In his role as International Systems Director from 1991 to 1998, Mr. Fairchild led the European software teams, implementing payment platforms throughout the region.
Carlos Mallen is the Senior Vice President, Human Resources for the Americas and Europe. Prior to Exela, he was the SVP, Human Resources for Americas and Europe at SourceHOV prior to the formation of Exela. He served in several executive roles since joining SourceHOV 2003. Before joining SourceHOV, Mr. Mallen served as the Head of Human Resources for Mary Kay Latin America, building a skillset that includes HR strategy, organization design, employee relations, recruiting, compensation and benefits, international assignment services, and employee recognition. Prior to Mary Kay, Mr. Mallen served as HR Director for Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (ACS), a premier provider of diversified business process outsourcing and information technology services and solutions to commercial and government clients worldwide, where he was responsible for global HR service delivery and served as a key member of the company’s Mergers, Acquisitions & Integration team. Prior to ACS, Mr. Mallen held multiple HR positions of increasing responsibility at Burger King Corporation and Burger King’s former parent company, Diageo, PLC, a British beverage company. Mr. Mallen has a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University and holds a General Course Diploma from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Vik Negi serves as the EVP of Business Affairs at Exela Technologies since 2014. He has held key positions across the organization involving strategic and operational matters. Mr. Negi holds an MBA in Finance from the Kogod School of Business at American University and a Bachelor’s in Commerce from St. Xavier’s College.
Lakshmi Narayanan Chandramohan is the President of Bills and Payments at Exela Technologies, a position he has held since June 2022. Mr. Chandramohan is currently running sales, operations, business strategy and innovation for the Bills and Payments business unit across Americas. In this role, he leverages his expertise as a Lean Six Sigma Master Blackbelt and SAS Certified Professional to transform challenging case studies into models of business excellence, emphasizing value creation through the simplification of complex processes. Mr. Chandramohan has been with Exela Technologies since October 2010, starting his journey as the Senior Vice President and Business Head of Payments and Bills. Throughout his tenure, he has been instrumental in driving strategic business excellence initiatives across the globe, particularly in the BFSI sector. His leadership has been pivotal in enhancing the company's capacity to manage data and automate mission-critical business processes, contributing significantly to Exela's digital transformation efforts.
Eokesh Natarajan is the President of Healthcare Payer Operations at Exela Technologies, leading efforts in driving digital transformation and being a value enabler in the healthcare industry. With over 27 years of global experience in enterprise information management, Mr. Natarajan partnered in pioneering multiple transformational solution strategies in the healthcare business process segment and provided leadership in setting up an enterprise-level customer relationship management (CRM) model at Exela. Mr. Natarajan previously held positions at Exela as the Senior Vice President of CRM and at SourceHOV as VP of Operations and Healthcare Delivery, as well as VP of CRM & Business Solutions. These roles have highlighted his capability in driving significant operational improvements and delivering strategic business solutions.
Kenneth Bechard is the President of Integrated Communication Solutions at Exela Technologies, with an impressive career spanning over 34 years in the printing industry. He has held this position since February 2022, following his role as SVP General Manager of Unified Communication. A recognized leader and pioneer in digital variable print and lithography, Mr. Bechard has driven operational effectiveness and spearheaded strategic vendor partnerships across the industry.
